14 DAYS TO RETURN
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
UNWORN & TAGGED
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
STORE CREDIT OR REFUND
Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items purchased through multibrand.al or in our Tirana store, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached
- The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item has not been altered, tailored, or customized in any way
Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only,
and cannot be returned for a cash refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
- Fragrances and beauty products once opened
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Items with removed, cut, or tampered tags
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Items from our Second Life (pre-loved) programme — all sales are final
How to Return
Returning an item is straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Email us at info@multibrand.al or call +355 69 402 3209 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1–2 business days. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
PACK & SHIP OR DROP OFF
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. You may ship it back to us or drop it off in person at our store in Tirana. Please include your RA number and proof of purchase inside the package.
INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and notify you by email. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
